Free Loan Microfiche & Reader

An extension of our service to members is a free one month loan of the branch's microfiche collection and a reader to view them on.  This loan service is available on a strictly members only basis, who can turn up at our monthly meetings.  This service must be pre-booked with our co-ordinator, Wendy. 

Terms & Conditions:

  1. That you, as a member, will be solely responsible for the microfiche and or microfiche reader whilst in your possession.
  2. That you will reimburse the branch the full cost of replacing any lost or damaged items that you have borrowed.
  3. Returned items must be returned to Wendy or Wendy's nominated deputy.  No responsibility will be taken for items left with other members for passing on or returning unless this has been previously agreed with Wendy.
  4. Arbitration and the final decision on any matter lies with the Chairman of the Bromsgrove branch of BMSGH.
  5. By requesting to borrow the microfiche and or reader it will have been deemed that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
